Three separate apartments each with access to the garden and swimming pool, all can be rented separately or together for a large party. Montaigu de Quercy is in the Tarn-et-Garonne, on the border with the Lot et-Garonne.

There are beautiful old picturesque streets and half-timbered houses with plenty of facilities within walking distance. It has a café bar, boulangerie, church, tourist office, supermarkets, butchers, and a busy Saturday market, bank with 24 hour cash machine, garages, post office, chemist and doctors and a dentist in the village.

There is a stunning leisure lake within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive, with children's areas; tennis courts; table tennis; fishing and a summer café/restaurant. The lake has sandy beaches and boating and swimming supervision (July to September).

Local activities include walking, canoeing, visiting Cahors vineyards, local markets, antiques fairs, festivals, and exploring the hilltop bastide villages.

Each kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cooker and there is a shared utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities which can be used by the two apartments. There is a shared outside dining area on the pool terrace.

The apartments and the house have TV's DVD players with a DVD library of recent and classic films both in English and French is available. Shared Utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Entered from a tiny quiet street, this house sleeps 10 people in 5 double bedrooms of which one is ensuite,two other bathrooms, kitchen, dining room sitting room with sofa bed for an additional 2 people. Access to garden and pool area.

2. Grand Apartment. Sleeps 8
A first floor apartment that looks onto the garden, there is a garden gate that gives access to the pool, this apartment can interconnect via a lockable door with the Garden apartment or be completely self contained. One double, one twin bedroom, with sofa bed and double day bed for an additional 4. Open plan kitchen dining room, sitting room.

3. Garden Apartment sleeps 4.
Can be connected to the Grand apartment, doors access directly into the garden and pool area. One double bedroom plus sofa bed.
