Secluded and privately located, this old farmhouse is set in a very quiet country location. There are stunning views across the valley that can be enjoyed from both the swimming pool and the al fresco dining area. The gardens surrounding the property offer many shady areas from which to avoid the hot midday sun. The swimming pool is solar heated and has its own shaded terrace.

The house is simply furnished. In the absence of a television there is plenty of books and board games in the house, there is a table tennis table in the adjoining barn that can be used inside or wheeled out easily into the garden.

The nearest town, Busseroles is only one kilometre away and the beautiful historic town of Angouleme is approximately 35 minutes drive.

There are many activities nearby including canoe hire, tennis courts, Vineyards and Cave tours.
